Qatar Chamber chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim al-Thani will lead a high-level delegation in the third edition of the ‘Gulf-Jordanian Economic Forum’ slated from September 27-28 in Amman, Jordan.
The forum, which carries the theme ‘New Aspects for Economic and Investment Co-operation’, will be organised by the Federation of Gulf Co-operation Council Chambers (FGCCC), in co-operation with the secretariat general of the GCC and the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC).
The forum aims to review investment opportunities in economic and commercial sectors and address top challenges facing the commercial GCC-Jordanian cooperation and the means to overcome them.
The sessions will discuss economic and investment partnerships and available opportunities between both sides and will highlight presentations on the investment climate in GCC states and Jordan.
A panel discussion will review the GCC-Jordan economic integration and shed light on several economic subjects of mutual interests, in addition to the latest developments that can boost GCC-Jordanian economic relations to realise its envisioned future.
The forum will have bilateral meetings between the Gulf and Jordanian businessmen allowing them to forge new partnerships, mutual investments, and commercial alliances, as well as expand co-operation aspects that would reflect positively on the economies and trade between Jordan and GCC states.
