His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi witnessed Wednesday at the Amiri Diwan, the signing of a number of memoranda of understanding between the governments of the two countries.



His Highness the Amir and President El-Sisi witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and the Sovereign Fund of Egypt for investment and development (TSFE), a memorandum of understating on the cooperation in the field of ports, and a memorandum of understanding on the cooperation in the field of social affairs.



The signing ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Ministers and Sheikhs. On Egypt's side, a number ministers and senior officials members of the official delegation accompanying the Egyptian President attended the signing ceremony.
