The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) Tuesday extended the deadline for installing tracking devices on tankers to enter sewage treatment plants until October 2022.
Ashgal in a tweet said the extension is to provide tanker owners, companies or individuals a chance to comply with the requirement.



As of October 1st, tanker permits will not be issued or renewed without providing the evidence of an effective tracking device already installed, Ashghal added.
