The signing ceremony was held in the Italian capital, Rome, and the development comes within the framework of co-operation between the two ministries in order to secure the World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
The Qatari side was represented by HE Major-General (Pilot) Mohamed Abdullatif al-Mannai, Chairman of the Executive Committee at the Ministry of Defence for the World Cup, while the Italian ministry was represented by Major-General Achille Fernando Cosania, Commander of the Operations Department, Italian Air Force.
