HE the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank Sheikh Bandar bin Mohamed bin Saoud al-Thani, who is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Monetary Council, chaired the 56th meeting of the Board, which was held yesterday via video conference.
