Ooredoo has announced a new feature for its business customers using the Ooredoo Business Portal, enabling them to manage their accounts more flexibly.
Customers who need greater flexibility to manage their business accounts via the Ooredoo Business Portal can now set up multiple profiles and allow their staff to access and manage their accounts while staying in control.
Business customers need simply set up a master profile and then set up as many sub-profiles as they need, with privileges and access levels tailored to each individual user so they stay in control.
Customers can create unlimited sub-profiles for their account, with the master profile able to manage all sub-profiles and choose levels of access. They can let their staff see what is happening with their account and enable sub-profile users to undertake activities, such as paying bills, placing orders, raising and tracking tickets, and more. They can even set time limits for sub-profiles so access ends automatically when required.
