Maha Zayed al-Qaqaa al-Ruwaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs, visited several schools on the occasion of the start of the new academic year. Al-Ruwaili began her tour on Sunday by visiting Ramleh Bint Abi Sufyan Secondary School for Girls, followed by a visit to Barzan Preparatory School for Girls, while on Monday's visits included Salah Al-Din Al-Ayyubi and Al-Manar Model Schools for Boys. Al-Ruwaili reviewed the various facilities, services and staff of the schools to ensure their readiness and ability to meet the needs of students, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education said in a statement.
