Weather inshore until 6am on Tuesday will be hazy and partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain that can be thundery at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind and poor visibility at places associated with the thundery rain.

Offshore will be hazy and partly cloudy to cloudy at times with chance of scattered rain, the report added.

Wind inshore will be variable less than 5 knot becomes mainly northeasterly to southeasterly 5 to 15 knot reaches 35 knot at places during thundery rain.

Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northwesterly 3 to 13 knot shifted to northeasterly to southeasterly later.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers decreasing to 2 kilometers or less at places during thundery rain.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet. Offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet.
