Ahlibank, one of the leading financial institutions in Qatar, organised a blood donation campaign at its head office in Al Sadd in partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). The campaign’s objective is to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation and contribute and support the blood bank in Qatar, the bank has said in a statement. Mohamed al-Namla, Ahlibank’s deputy CEO - Business Support, Services & Human Resources, said: “The blood donation campaign is held in the context of the existing cooperation between Ahlibank and HMC, bringing together employees from all departments and branches of the bank who are keen on taking part in this humanitarian effort. This campaign is part of the bank's commitment within the community and in line with the bank's corporate social responsibility, which aims to support the blood bank reserve in Qatar hospitals and promoting employee awareness on the importance of blood donation."
