President of the Transitional Military Council of the Republic of Chad Lt Gen Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno left Doha Tuesday morning after a visit to the country. The Chadian leader and his accompanying delegation were seen off at Doha International Airport by HE the Secretary -General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi and Chad's ambassador to Qatar Dr Ali Susal Ibrahim.
