Qatar Charity (QC) has extended its thanks and appreciation to all the commercial and media institutions that supported its campaign, 'Make them happy with your Udhiya' for 1443 AH.
More than 1mn people in 36 countries benefited around the world, including Qatar, and over 53,100 Udhiya were distributed through the campaign.



The Adhahi project was successfully implemented thanks to the support and concerted efforts of everyone during the days of Eid al-Adha, covering low-income people, orphans, their families and workers in Qatar, as well as hundreds of thousands of the poor and needy, displaced and refugees in crisis areas, and those affected by drought and famine, especially in Somalia, and communities, QC said in a statement.
The contributions of institutions and companies came within the framework of their social responsibility towards the local community and in fulfilment of their humanitarian duty.



The list of entities that provided support and assistance to the 'Make them happy with your Udhiya' campaign included a number of institutions, commercial companies and media institutions, including LuLu Hypermarket, talabat, Carriage, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Floward, Hyatt Plaza, Tawar Mall, Mall of Qatar and Doha Festival City.
The campaign’s supporters also included Qatari audio-visual and print media (Arabic, English and French), in addition to activists and influencers on social media, who played an essential role in spreading news about the 'Make them happy with your Udhiya' initiative, introducing and promoting its various projects and highlighting their impact.
The campaign was implemented to make Eid a season of fulfilment for those in need, especially during the holidays, and to provide them with a decent life.
