The General Cleanliness Department at the Ministry of Municipality has made intensive efforts to remove sand that accumulated on roads due to strong winds and dusty weather recently.
In co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, around 42 tonnes of sand were removed from the Al Wakra area to preserve the cleanliness and safety of roads.
