HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Tuesday with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ayman Al Safadi, who is visiting the country.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and ways of supporting and developing them. Also, they touched on the latest developments in the Palestinian cause, especially the situation in occupied Jerusalem, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
HE Sheikh Mohammed, during the meeting, expressed the condolences of Qatar to the government of Jordan on the victims of the explosion of a gas tank in the port of Aqaba and its wishes of a speedy recovery for the injured, stressing the full solidarity of Qatar with Jordan in facing the effects of the leakage.
