His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani left on Saturday evening the Algerian city of Oran after attending the opening ceremony of 19th Mediterranean Games in Oran. The Amir and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure from the Oran International Airport "Ahmed Ben Bella" by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Qatar's ambassador to Algeria Abdulaziz Ali al-Naama, Algerian ambassador to Qatar Dr Mustafa Boutoura and the Qatar embassy staff. The Amir was accompanied by his Personal Representative His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani and an official delegation. His Highness the Amir has since returned to Doha.
