In its weather report for Sunday evening until 6am Monday, the Department of Meteorology said the weather inshore will be slightly dusty to dusty at places later, warning of strong wind with poor visibility later.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot gusting to 28 knot at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot gusting to 25 knot, increasing 15 to 25 knot gusting 35 knot later.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers decreasing 2 kilometers or less at places later.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 3 to 6/8 feet at times surging 4 to 8/12 feet later.
