Continuing and Professional Education Directorate (CPE) at University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) organised a networking and appreciation event for its longstanding partners and clients.
The event saw the presence of UDST president Dr Salem Al-Naemi and CPE director Dr Saheim al-Temimi and the appreciation of many private and public sector entities such as Ashghal, the Bureau of Civil Service and Government Development, the General Authority of Customs, Hamad Medical Corporation, Kahramaa, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Ministry of Justice, the Police Institute, Qatar Petrochemical Company, QatarEnergy, Qatargas, Qatar Steel and United Development Company.
During the ceremony, the CPE shared an overview of its training programmes and accredited courses provided in collaboration with global leaders in the fields of Business and Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Health, Soft Skills and Language, a statement said. Commenting on the event, Dr Al-Naemi said: “UDST’s core strength is its success in partnering with a broad spectrum of industry leaders and experts. We are keen on offering courses, training and programmes that provide opportunities for individuals and businesses to grow and improve. It is our pleasure to acknowledge the contribution of our valued partners and clients during this ceremony and we look forward to further collaboration in the future.” Dr al-Temimi said: “CPE works with organisations to help build the capacity of their workforce and to meet their strategic goals in line with Qatar National Vision 2030. The Directorate offers many highly sought-after courses and is able to customise training programmes that answer a specific need at the organisation. ”
All of the courses at CPE are now specifically developed for both online and classroom delivery.
