QU professor elected as head of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Qatar University's Professor of International Law and Investment Law, Dr Nasser al-Adba at QU’s College of Law, is elected as president of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – Qatar Branch. The CIArb is the world's leading qualifications and professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management, founded in 1915 and awarded a royal charter by Queen Elizabeth in 1979, a QU statement. The CIArb is passionate about promoting a harmonious society and helping people and organisations avoid, manage and resolve conflict through its global network of over 17,000 members.
