The Health Control Department at Al Wakra Municipality held a workshop on food safety and the requirements that must be met by food establishments. The event was organised in connection with World Food Safety Day.



The workshop was presented by engineer Khaled al-Saleh in the presence of a number of officials in Al Wakra Municipality and representatives of local food establishments. The topics included how to safely preserve food, raising awareness of the health requirements, and how to prevent food-borne diseases.
