HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim al-Thani met Mohamed Abdel Wahab, CEO, General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the accompanying delegation currently visiting Qatar.
During the meeting, the officials discussed ways to develop bilateral relations between the two nations in various fields.
Moreover, the meeting discussed a number of issues of common interest aimed at strengthening co-operation in the sectors of trade, investment, and industry.
HE Sheikh Mohamed highlighted the successful economic policies Qatar has put in place to support the private sector, and pointed out the incentives, legislations, and promising opportunities available in Qatar that are aimed at encouraging Egyptian investors, businessmen, and business owners to invest in Qatar.
