The Permanent Population Committee, in cooperation with the Planning and Statistics Authority, will launch Sunday, an opinion poll on the most important population issues facing society in Qatar, with the aim of enhancing societal contribution in formulating the third population policy (2023-2027) for the State of Qatar.
The committee indicated in a statement that the month-long opinion poll will be implemented on a selected sample of citizens and residents by sending an electronic link to them via SMS, calling on the citizens and residents included in the aforementioned sample to cooperate and participate in this survey.
It is noteworthy that the first population policy was implemented in the period (2009-2014), and the second (2017-2022) to end next October, after which preparations for the third policy (2023-2027), scheduled to be launched in January 2023.
