The Al Ghanim Bus Station will be closed permanently from June 15, Mowasalat (Karwa) has announced.
During the coming weeks, the Karwa Public Bus Network will be improved and new bus stations are set to be opened, the company said in a statement yesterday.
Accordingly, the Al Ghanim Bus Station will be closed permanently from June 15 and the first new routes will be implemented from June 29. The old routes will be phased out.
Mowasalat (Karwa) has advised passengers to and plan their journey ahead with the route planner and maps section on the Karwa Bus App.
From June 29, the routes that will be removed are 12, 12x, 20, 21, 22, 33, 33A, 34, 40, 42, 43, 57 and 737. The routes that will be added are L508, L510, L514, L526, T602, T604, T610 and T612.
