The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs announced Tuesday that the last date for citizens to register for performing Hajj for the year 1443 AH is on Thursday, via the website of the Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs (www.hajj.gov.qa).
The Ministry affirmed in a statement that any citizens have registered two weeks since it went live, the Ministry said. It also added that the registration process is easy, and the applicant will receive an SMS stating that the request is registered with a reference number.
The Ministry urged citizens wishing to perform Hajj to register quickly before the end of working hours on Thursday, taking into account the requirements established by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the applicant to perform the Hajj, including: Must be at least 18 years old and not more than 65 years old. Received the basic doses of Covid-19 vaccine.
Those wishing to register for Hajj this year can learn about all the requirements of Saudi Arabia through the website of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs has designated a hotline number (132) from 9 am - 12 noon and 4 pm - 8 pm for queries regarding registration and Hajj season this year.
