Under the slogan 'On Goodness, We Gathered’, Qatar Cancer Society (QCS) continues to distribute Iftar boxes to fasting people during the holy month of Ramadan. Also, food supplies were distributed with the support of Chalhoub Group to people living with cancer to alleviate their burdens, especially the high costs of treatment. The initiative aims to facilitate breaking of the fast for those who work outdoors. The supplies included water, juice, milk, cake and dates, supported by Chalhoub Grou and Aseel water. It also included messages about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle to prevent diseases such as cancer. This initiative continues QCS’s mission of spreading awareness to the broadest possible extent by adopting all means to achieve its objectives.
