HE the Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad al-Thani cuts a ribbon to mark the opening of the first edition of Ramadan Book Fair on Friday at Souq Waqif in Doha in the presence of HE the Minister of State and Qatar National Library president Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kawari and other dignitaries. The event will run until April 16.
