HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Mohamed bin Hamad bin Qassim al-Thani has met with a number of ministers and officials that participated in the recently-held Doha Forum.
HE Sheikh Mohamed held individual meetings with Ivan Korcok, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic; Mukhtar Tileuberdi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan; Engineer Luis Alberto Castiglioni, Minister of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of Paraguay; Vincent Keaveny, Lord Mayor of the City of London; and Kairat Kelimbetov, Governor of the Astana International Financial Centre in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the meetings, the officials discussed aspects of joint co-operation, especially in the commercial, investment, and industrial fields, as well as ways to enhance and develop them. They also exchanged views on the topics on the Forum's agenda.
Moreover, HE Sheikh Mohamed highlighted the economic policies Qatar has put in place to support the private sector and pointed to the incentives, legislations, and promising opportunities that allow investors, businessmen, and company owners to expand and invest in Qatar.
