Qatar Fuel Company (Woqod) has launched a new version of its mobile application, which offers many new and useful features. The move is part of Woqod’s endeavour to provide better service to its customers.
It is now easier to book an appointment for the technical inspection at Fahes, pay its fees, and obtain its reports.
The app can be used for charging the balance of the prepaid ‘Woqode tag’, locate the nearest petrol station, car service centres, Sidra stores, and Shafaf gas cylinder sales sites, in addition to updates on Woqod’s promotions, fuel prices, and stock prices.
The app has a special section that allows customers to direct their feedback and observations and get a response to them with ease. Knowing customer feedback is at the top of Woqod’s priorities.
The new app is now available on Google Play or the Apple Store.
