Barwa Real Estate Group held its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Monday during which shareholders approved the proposed amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, so as to conform with the provisions of Commercial Companies Law Number (11) of 2015 and its amendments issued by Law Number (8) of 2021. Moreover, the shareholders authorised the chairman of the board of directors' or his authorised representative to take all necessary measures to amend the company’s Articles of Association. The following articles will be amended: Article 8, 11, 27, 29, 33, 37, 40, 42, 43, 48, 51, 55, 60, 71, and 80.
