A group of 21 candidates were shortlisted in a hybrid preliminary screening for Professional Electrical Engineers (PEE) batch 14 in Qatar, the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines – Qatar Chapter (IIEE-SQC) has announced.
The candidates will receive mentorship as part of their path to upgrade their licences from Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) to PEE. The mentorship programme is being conducted in order to sustain the quality of engineers who upgraded their licenses through SQC.
The screening procedure, was handled by chairman Robert U Mabulay and member Edgardo E Estebal of the National PEE Mentoring Committee, who is also a member of the IIEE-SQC Mentoring Committee led by Chapter PEE Mentoring chairman Arnulfo D Surigao.
The SQC Committee is comprised of Lyndon A Ellevera, Marlon L Manantan, Karen Jazeellee O Martinez, Bryan A Manansala, Rocky L Feller, Mel C Malinis, Glenn M Babiera, and Emmanuel A Tan.
The SQC Board of Directors/officers/adviser, led by president Lauren M Olivos, were instrumental in the success of the programme.
