HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah met with Namibian Defence Minister Frans Kapofi, who is currently visiting the country as member of the delegation accompanying President Hage Geingob. The meeting reviewed the military relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them.
