Focus Ladies youth group organised a 'Me Before You' session as part of the mental health campaign 'Don't Lose Hope' led by Focus International. Life coach and founder of Aspire2Inspire Dr Femida Ali, the chief guest, stated that women should be leaders in the socio-cultural and educational spheres. It is imperative that women, who are the mainstay of moulding a generation, should empower themselves, Ali said. A woman who plays a major role in family life should always be educated, Ali added.
