HE the President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak al-Khalifa underlined the importance of upgrading institutional work and providing an appropriate environment for creativity and work to achieve the requirements of comprehensive and sustainable development, in implementation of the supreme directives of the country's wise leadership and achieve the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
In his speech during the first enrichment meeting held at the conclusion of the "Developing the skills of occupants of leadership and supervisory positions" program, organised by the bureau, HE al-Khalifa said that the State paid great attention to Qatari leaders, government development, human resource development and upgrading of Qatari society, as part of its tireless pursuit towards achieving comprehensive development.
On the enrichment meeting, he explained that the goal of organising the meeting is to motivate leaders to implement strategic projects for their employers to achieve the strategies of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the ambitions and aspirations of the wise leadership. He considered this meeting an opportunity for communication and co-operation between the authorities to achieve national aspirations.
The meeting was hosted by Dr Mohamed bin Saleh al-Sada, the former minister of energy and industry, who presented his vision based on experience in administrative work. The meeting witnessed extensive discussions on the importance of government development, its fields, and ways to develop capabilities and benefit from human potential in this aspect.
The meeting, which included a workshop on government development, sought to enhance the exchange of experiences between the leaders of the "Developing the skills of occupants of leadership and supervisory positions" program. It reviewed the experiences of successful and distinguished competencies in the work environment to raise the level of performance in various government agencies.
