Loyola International School-Qatar’s chief patron Sheikh Ahmed Hamad A A al-Thani welcomed the new principal, Pramod Kumar Ranwaka, on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Ahmed expressed his honour and delight about the onboarding of the new head of school. “Loyola International School has always been a place for progressive thoughts and a perfect learning environment for our students. The joining of our new principal who comes with such vast experience in the educational sector will only add to the school’s journey towards excellence”, he explained. Ranwaka has pioneered some of the most promising trainings in next generation learning, a statement from the school said. Prior to this role, he was the principal at the prestigious Mayo College, established in 1875, Ajmer, India. Sharing his thoughts about joining Loyola International School–Qatar, Ranwaka said: “I’m happy and delighted after having met Sheikh Ahmed Hamad A A al-Thani. He is a very knowledgeable and vision-driven entrepreneur. He has in depth understanding of the education system of Qatar and very clear about our goals to contribute to Qatar National Vision 2030. I am very elated seeing how Loyola International School has been functioning at every level of educating our next generation and I’m glad that I’m going to be a vital part of such a reputable organisation.”
