The President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame arrived in Doha Monday morning on a working visit to the country.
President Kagame and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Doha International Airport by HE the Director of Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim Yousif Fakhro, HE the Ambassador of Qatar to Rwanda Misfer Faisal Mubarak Al Ajab Al Shahwani and the Ambassador of Rwanda to Qatar Francois Nkulikiyimfura.
