* Nojoom points donation drive enables members to help #closethecaregap

Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecommunications operator, has announced it is once again running its hugely successful Nojoom Points donation drive for World Cancer Day 2022.
Ooredoo has teamed up with Qatar Cancer Society again to encourage Nojoom members to donate their Nojoom Points and help #closethecaregap.
Members can donate their Nojoom Points to Qatar Cancer Society and contribute to investment in prevention strategies, treatments, and saving lives.
Last year’s campaign saw an incredible 4 million Nojoom Points donated to Qatar Cancer Society via the telco leader’s campaign, doubling the target set of 2 million points. No target has been set this year, with the focus instead being on encouraging members to continue the momentum and simply beat the 2021 total.
In a press statement, Moza Khalid al-Muhannadi, Director CSR, Sponsorship and Media at Ooredoo, said: “We’re delighted to be reprising our popular campaign enabling our Nojoom members to donate their points to such a good cause. Our corporate social responsibility strategy includes a clear, firm commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate, and to promoting health for all, and this campaign allows us to demonstrate these commitments in a practical way. We look forward to beating last year’s impressive total donation, and thank all our members for their contribution.”
Members can donate points via the Ooredoo App from February 4 to 28.
