Qatar Fuel (Woqod) opened the Ain Khalid-3 fuel station on Sunday as part of its “ongoing expansion plans to be able to serve every area” in the country.
With this, Woqod’s countrywide network of fuel stations has gone up to 112.
Woqod managing director and CEO Saad Rashid al-Muhannadi said, “We are pleased to open a new petrol station in the Ain Khalid area. Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort. The Woqod team would like to extend their gratitude to all governmental and private entities concerned, which contributed to the completion of this project.”
The new Ain Khalid-3 fuel station is spread over an area of 2,170sqm and has two lanes with four dispensers for light vehicles, which will serve the Ain Khalid area and its neighbourhood, a press statement noted.
The Ain Khalid-3 fuel station offers round-the-clock services to residents and includes a Sidra convenience store, in addition to the sale of gasoline products for light vehicles.
