HE the Director of Policy and Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Khalid bin Fahad al-Khater met on Sunday with British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa James Cleverly. The meeting reviewed the preparations for holding the first Qatar-UK strategic dialogue, which is due to be held in the UK in March.
