His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met on Monday at Sheikh Abdullah Bin Jassim Majlis at the Amiri Diwan with Secretary-General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Mohamed Hamel. At the beginning of the meeting, the Amir congratulated Hamel on his election as Secretary-General of the forum, wishing him success in his duties. For his part, the secretary-general expressed thanks and appreciation to the Amir for the support provided by Qatar to the Doha-based forum.
During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation relations and ways of enhancing them, in addition to issues of common interest.
