Weather inshore tonight until 6am on Thursday will be relatively cold to cold, misty to foggy at places later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of low horizontal visibility at places later.

Offshore, it will be scattered clouds and misty to foggy at places later, the report added.

Wind inshore will be variable mainly southeasterly at a speed less than 10 knot.

Offshore, it will be variable mainly northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 3 to 13 knot.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places later.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet,. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet.
