Starlink Qatar has announced a strategic co-operation agreement with Huawei, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.
Authorised in Enterprise Network and IT Solutions, Starlink will collaborate with Huawei to bring its customers and clients the necessary threat prevention capabilities to safeguard their critical digital assets.
Under the terms of the agreement, Starlink will integrate value-added services on top of Huawei solutions to provide more benefits to Huawei local partners.
Huawei, on its part, will provide continuous support to Starlink through training, technical services and marketing support.
With a focus on delivering high-quality, in-depth and accessible information technology to all enterprises, both companies will work together to provide tailored end-to-end solutions to their Security Network and EC-IoT Solutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by Starlink CEO Munera al-Dosari, Huawei Qatar managing director Alex Zhang, and representatives from various business organisations.
Munera al-Dosari said, “I am extremely excited and proud of this partnership. Our new value-added agreement represents the beginning of a strategic alignment with expanding markets and client portfolios. We will open new doors, connect with new and existing customers, and deliver excellence, be it the product offering, account management, or skills and solutions made available with this partnership.”
Zhang said, “Starlink is one of the leading players in Qatar’s digital economy. Therefore, this partnership allows us to expand our reach in this important market while contributing to Qatar’s digital transformation efforts as envisioned in Qatar Vision 2030. We can now deliver even more differentiated services to enterprises in the country through our range of industry-leading products and services.”
