Cold weather with mostly southeasterly light winds prevailed in Qatar Monday. The minimum temperature was in the range of 6C (Abu Samra) to 14C (Wakra) and the maximum in the 19C (Dukhan) to 24C (Mukaynis) range. Tuesday's minimum forecast is in the 11C (Abu Samra) to 15C (Doha) range and maximum in the 18C (Dukhan) to 23C (Doha) range.
The Met office has warned about poor horizontal visibility at places at first, both inshore and offshore. The inshore forecast is misty to foggy at places at first and partly cloudy at times, relatively cold to cold. The offshore forecast is misty to foggy at places at first and becomes hazy at times. Wind inshore is variable less than 3kt at first, becomes mainly northeasterly - southeasterly (3-13kt). Offshore, wind is mainly northwesterly (3-12kt). Visibility is expected to be 4-8km but 2km at places at first.
