Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha has unveiled its festive season offers. Guests can enjoy a holiday with special year-end room deals, in addition to a wide range of food and beverage offerings.
The Year-End Stay is available for guests who want to celebrate New Year at the hotel. They can enjoy five-star accommodation, a relaxing spa day, access to the gym and other rejuvenating activities alongside availing other festive offerings at their choice of restaurants: The Cellar, Al Nafourah Garden or Choices.
The Cellar Spanish restaurant will be offering a four-course set menu created from the freshest and seasonal ingredients. On the menu will be appetiser, mains, and specially crafted triple-layered chocolate Buche de Noel on December 24 and 25, and on December 31 to welcome the New Year, complemented with live flamenco entertainers.
Choices all-day dining restaurant will be offering an international festive eve dinner buffet combined with the best of the season’s flavours from a selection of fall soups to a perfectly roasted turkey all the way to the popular festive sweets from 6.30pm to 12.30pm. The Cosmopolitan Brunch will be available from 12.30pm to 4.00 pm, featuring popular all-time American favourites with a twist; whole roasted turkey with all the trimmings, roasted goose with honey-glazed pumpkin, mustard marinated lamb leg, festive desserts and more. All these are available on December 24 and 25.
Sky Lounge will be offering exclusive Buche de Noel, carefully crafted and packed with elaborately decorated sponge roulade filled and iced in two different flavours: mango infused with fresh vanilla sticks and Valrhona chocolate crèmeux which will also be available gluten-free from December 19 to 30. A range of other sweet goodies and festive savories as Whole Roasted Turkey, Choices Signature Mustard Marinated Roasted Lamb Leg, and Prime Beef Rib Eye are also available for individual purchase.
At the stroke of midnight on December 31, thousands of balloons will rain down to usher in the New Year at Sky Lounge. Diners will get a chance to dress to impress at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha’s Masquerade Ball theme extended to all the hotel’s food & beverage venues from Al Nafourah Garden, The Cellar to Choices.
