Qatar participated in the 32nd session of the Ordinary General Assembly of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), held at the organisation's headquarters in London, QNA reported. Qatar's delegation was headed by HE the Minister of Transport Jassim Seif Ahmed al-Sulaiti. The delegation also included HE the Director of Department of International Organisations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador, Ali bin Khalfan al-Mansouri. The meetings will discuss issues related to the safety, security of maritime navigation and the protection of the marine environment. This session will also witness the elections of the Executive Council of the Organisation.
