The 18th edition of Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition, set to take place from December 12 to 17 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, will showcase more than 130 brands from 10 countries, including Qatar, other GCC countries, India, Lebanon, Indonesia, Morocco, and Turkey.
The exhibition, organised by Qatar Tourism and Qatar Business Events Corporation, will also feature several other events on the sidelines, including eight fashion shows, four workshops, nine dialogue sessions, and four private classes focusing on issues related to the world of fashion in general and sustainable fashion.
According to Qatar Tourism, these sessions will be led and attended by some of the most influential fashion experts in Qatar, the region, and the world.
The 18th edition of “Heya” is themed “Ignite”, aimed at empowering female entrepreneurs and enhancing their reach by providing a platform to showcase their talents and offer networking opportunities to gain experience from sector experts.
The exhibition has built its reputation as the leading platform for Arabian fashion in the region. It brings together fashion lovers, designers, and entrepreneurs under one roof for a period of six days, as it exhibits a distinct collection of abayas, kaftans, dresses, accessories, cosmetics, and perfumes.
Heya will take place under the umbrella of the precautionary measures set by the Ministry of Public Health. These measures also require attendees to register on https://www.visitqatar.qa/en/events/heya
The exhibition will be open to women only, except for the opening day, which will be reserved for families. Moreover, children below the age of 13 will not be permitted to enter the exhibition, which opens its doors daily from 10am to 10pm, and on Fridays from 3pm to 10pm.
