The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) celebrated Children's Day on November 14 with the participation of various Indian schools in a hybrid event.
Indian ambassador Dr Deepak Mittal was the chief guest and the guest of honour was Qatar National Human Rights Department's investigating officer Captain Khamis Sultan al-Muraikhi. Indian embassy first secretary (consular and community affairs) and ICC co-ordinating officer Xavier Dhanraj, ICC president P N Baburajan and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
ICC's activity co-ordinator and education head Kamala Thakur made the opening remarks. Tejaswi Manoj anchored the show.
On behalf of schools and children, Fathimatuz Zahra delivered the welcome speech. Ojal Patil proposed a vote of thanks.
