Dukhan Bank has announced the launch of its new ‘Corporate Digital Banking’ services via mobile application and web as part of its new corporate digital banking host of services that have been tailored exclusively to meet the need of business customers.
The Corporate Digital Banking platform offers a range of features suited for a business that allow corporate administrators to manage their users, handle multiple levels of approvals as required by corporate mandates, download transactions, view account statements as well as fund transfers from own accounts, conduct intra-bank third party transfers, domestic and international transfers with seamless transition between web and mobile apps.
Users can also access multiple group companies under the same access, conduct batch transfers and bulk uploads, and make utility bill payments for Vodafone, Ooredoo, and Kahramaa.
The application is protected with two-factor authentication that allows static and dynamic password options as well as biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or face ID. Transaction workflows can be protected with up to nine levels of authorisation to accommodate the most complex corporate mandate requirements.
Commenting on the launch of the new Corporate Digital Banking platform, Dukhan Bank stated: “Our latest innovation brings our corporate customers an exclusively tailored mobile application and website with a view to offering seamless services and convenience for our corporate banking customers.
“Customers can now perform a range of transactions through the application without the need to visit the bank, thus allowing fast, easy, secure, and accessible services by the click of a few buttons. As one of the leading digitally-powered banks, Dukhan Bank continues to pave towards its complete digital transformation of services and an unmatched range of online products & services.”
The launch of the mobile application is in line with Dukhan Bank’s commitment to digitalisation. The robust digital transformation strategy, ongoing since 2020, has already seen vast expansion on the bank’s range of products and services that are increasingly tying state-of-the-art technology with Dukhan Bank’s portfolio offerings.
Recently, the bank launched the first-ever brokerage service to be integrated with a banking application in Qatar. This follows alongside a series of enhancements on the retail mobile banking application that include access to time deposits, wealth management accounts, and foreign currency account services.
Additionally, Dukhan bank also launched Dukhan Pay (D-Pay), its contactless payment platform, under which it released wearable bracelets that enable customers to make contactless payments via Fitbit and Garmin devices.
The Dukhan Bank corporate mobile application is available for use on Android and iOS.
