Commercial Bank is introducing its latest innovative service, the Self-Service Card Printing Machines.
This launch comes in alignment with the bank’s strategy to enhance the customer’s banking experience via digitalisation and process automation.
An instant self-service card printing experience will be available for Commercial Bank cardholders through the Self-Service Card Printing Machines placed at convenient customer locations for all new card, renewed card and card replacement requests.
Customers will automatically receive an SMS when their card will be ready for printing at the machine. They can then visit a Self-Service Card Printing Machine location of their choice to print and collect their cards with easy to follow on-screen instructions. The whole card printing process takes less than two minutes.
Currently, Commercial Bank provides the Self-Service Card Printing Machines at the Villaggio Mall Branch and Al Wakrah Avenue Branch with more locations to be added shortly. Initial feedback from customer usage has been very positive.

The Self-Service Card Printing Machines allow our customers to easily print their cards through simple self-service steps.

This launch comes after Commercial Bank recently received the “Best Digital Bank” award in Qatar for 2021 by AsiaMoney Magazine.
This award emphasises on the bank’s ability to provide innovative digital solutions for customers to fulfil all their banking needs through CB Digital Services.
