CBSE announces schedule of first term board exams for classes 10,12

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) India has released the date sheet for the first term board examinations for Class 10 and 12.
The examinations for Class 10 will commence from November 30 while Class 12 examinations will be from December 1 and the exams will conclude by December 21.
The term-1 exams will be objective type and the duration of the tests will be 90 minutes. The exams will commence from 11.30 am (Indian Standard Time).
From this year, CBSE will conduct two board exams instead of the one annual exam pattern followed till last year. The term two exams for secondary and senior secondary students will be conducted in March- April 2022.
When the term-I exam concludes, the results will be declared with mark sheets handed over to the students. However, no student will be placed in the pass, compartment or repeat categories after the first term. The final results will be declared after the first and the second-term examinations.
