Qatar Airways on Sunday said it has extended the Qmiles Millionaire draw until October 31 "due to popular local demand", prolonging the opportunity for both existing and new Privilege Club members who are citizens or residents of Qatar to win a share of 2mn Qmiles, with one lucky winner becoming a Qmiles Millionaire.
New Privilege Club members joining the programme using the promo code QA2MN21, and those who have been referred by an existing member, will receive one entry into the draw. Additionally, existing members can also get the chance to win every time they make a referral to the programme.
One lucky winner, chosen at random, will win 1mn Qmiles, opening up a world of travel opportunities around the airline’s expanding global network. This prize equates to 23 trips from Doha to London or 14 trips to Washington, DC. Five runners-up will win 100,000 Qmiles each, which equates to three trips from Doha to Cairo or one trip to Montreal, while a further 50 will win the third prize of 10,000 Qmiles, which equates to a one-way trip from Doha to Kuwait.
Privilege Club members can also redeem various rewards using Qmiles, including: cabin upgrades, extra baggage, book at over 350,000 hotels worldwide or rent a car at over 20,000 locations with Hotel & Car Rewards, and more. Further benefits of being a Privilege Club member include the programme’s association as the Official Frequent Flyer Programme of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in which members will be the first to know about exclusive offers and latest news for the highly anticipated event taking place next year.
Qatar Airways Group chief executive HE Akbar al-Baker said, “In response to positive local demand to participate in the Qmiles draw, we are pleased to announce an extended date to allow more chances for new and existing members to win incredible prizes, or even become a Qmiles Millionaire. This extension cements the airline’s dedication to improving its offering for members as a way to thank them for their loyalty and dedication.
"Qatar Airways Privilege Club remains committed towards expanding unique opportunities to earn and spend Qmiles, providing valued passengers with various avenues to earn and spend Qmiles through financial and lifestyle partners.”
Existing members can send an invitation to become a member to a friend or refer through social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook. The draw is open to Privilege Club members aged 18 and above who are residents in Qatar. One can find out more at www.qatarairways.com/2MQ
