The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a closure on Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange tunnel from today (Friday) until 5am on October 10. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to complete Khalifa Avenue Project. During the closure, road users coming from Gharrafat Al Rayyan and heading towards Doha will be directed to the signalised Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange, as shown on the map. Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
