The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary partial closure of traffic on Mesaimeer Bridge and Bu Hamour bridges for those coming from HIA towards Bu Hamour on Fridays for three consecutive weeks starting from Friday, from 1am to 12noon.
The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic has been announced in order to complete the works of signage installation.
During the closure, road users heading from HIA toward Al Waab on Sabah Al Ahmad Corridor can use the service road and traffic signals to reach their destinations.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
